Book New Client Care Assessment
If we feel like we are a good fit, the next step is to book a New Client Care Assessment in your home so we can meet your pet, review routines and handling needs, and determine the most appropriate path forward for services. Please note: this is a paid service.

We offer personalized, flexible care designed to fit your household — whether you share your home with cats, dogs, or both. Each service is available for single visits or multi-day bookings, allowing you to choose the right level of support for your pets’ comfort and your schedule.
Walks

Base rates include:
1 dog
Structured dog walking services tailored to your dog’s energy level, routine, and handling needs. Ideal for exercise, enrichment, potty breaks, and consistent support while you are away or busy.
*This starting price is based on our pay-as-you-go rate. Preferred pricing may be available for committed recurring bookings.

Drop-In's

Cat Household - $35/visit
Dog Household - $37/visit
Mixed Household - $39/visit
Base rates include:
Cat household: up to 2 cats
Dog household: 1 dog
Mixed household: 1 dog + 1 cat
In-home visits for dogs, cats, or mixed-pet households that need feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, litter care, medication support, companionship, and routine check-ins in the comfort of home.
*This starting price is based on our pay-as-you-go rate. Preferred pricing may be available for committed recurring bookings.

Sleepovers

In-home overnight pet-sitting designed for pets who are most comfortable staying in their own home and following their usual routine. Sleepovers include evening and morning care, companionship, home care basics, and tailored support based on your household’s needs.
*This starting price is based on our Standard Rate. Pricing might change based on your pet(s) needs.

Service Area & Travel Fees
West Coast Pet Solutions Ltd. proudly provides professional pet care services throughout Greater Victoria and surrounding communities.
Our standard service pricing includes travel within 10 kilometres of our home base (V8N 3Y2). For service addresses beyond this distance, a travel fee applies based on the additional round-trip kilometres travelled. This approach allows us to keep travel costs fair, transparent, and proportional to the distance required to reach your home.
Travel is already included in the pricing for selected services, while others may have a travel fee applied depending on the type of service provided.
